The TFS machines are automatic equipment for forming, filling and sealing of plastic containers, with sanitary design and construction. The plastic containers to be formed can have various designs and sizes, and the products to be dosed can be liquids, semi-liquids, pastes, viscous substances, powders, granules, among others. Their construction is customized for each customer, based on the plastic containers to be formed. As optional features, the machines can be configured with CIP and SIP systems, films sterilization / disinfection systems (lower plastic film for thermoforming of cups, and upper lids film), additional molds for different containers sizes, spoon placing system or any other accessory, labels application systems (in-mold decor / wrap-around system, or shrink-type), secondary dosing units, safety cabins, HEPA laminar flow injection, automatic lubrication systems, TTO / Ink-Jet / laser coders / printers, and more. The TFS thermoforming machines can be complemented with our automatic cartoning and case packing systems from the EAP series.
