The AT L series linear machines are automatic intermittent motion equipment using linear plates with containers accommodation. They are constructed with sanitary design for filling, sealing and capping of plastic cups / tubs, with dosing of various products such as liquids, semi-liquids, pastes, viscous substances, powders, granules, among others. Their construction is customized for each customer, according to the containers to be used. As optional features, the machines can be configured with CIP and SIP systems, containers and lids disinfection / sterilization systems, additional setups for different container sizes, safety cabins, HEPA laminar flow injection, secondary filling units, rollstock lidding, plastic overcaps placing system, plastic overcups positioning system (with corn flakes or topping), automatic lubrication systems, coders / printers, and more. The packaging machines in the AT L series can be complemented with our automatic cartoning and case packing systems from the EAP series.
