The VFFS (Vertical Form Fill Seal) packaging machines from the EAV series are automatic intermittent motion equipment constructed in stainless steel for forming, filling, and sealing of bags in various styles and designs, with dosing of liquid, semi-liquid, pasty, viscous, powders and solid products with temperatures of up to 95 °C (Hot Filling). Depending on the desired capacity or volume (ranging from 50 grs. to 5 kg.), the machines can be prepared for speeds of up to 18,000 bags per hour. As optional features, the machines can be configured with servo-motorized command / version, aseptic system using hydrogen peroxide for film sterilization, ultra-clean system with UV-C radiation or pulsed light, CIP washing, SIP sterilization, HEPA laminar flow, safety cabins, automatic lubrication systems, and TTO / Ink-Jet coders / printers. The packaging machines in the EAV series can be complemented with our automatic cartoning and case packing systems from the EAP series.
