Our STN series of food and cheeses processing machines are highly efficient, safe, and easy-to-operate equipment. Constructed in stainless steel with a double jacket for steam circulation or cold-water circulation (indirect heating / cooling), direct heating, internal knives and mixer, along with its vacuum generation system, it processes in less time and in compliance with all standards.
The STN universal processing machines can be operated automatically or manually (according to the model), and they are prepared for capacities ranging from 40 liters to 120 liters per batch.
